  Anyone have any recommendations on contractors in the area that speedy (and good)? :) Had a minor flood downstairs so will need new wood flooring, kitchen counters, and possibly cabinets. Looking to get a reasonable estimate and perferbally have the work done soon so we can still have Christmas at our house!
