Was directed to this vendor through another vendor who was busy. Long story short they misdiagnosed the issue. They said it was the motor. They had me order and pay for it. Then they kept delaying the work over and over again and this was summer time when it was 95 F so I had no cooling at all. Finally, I had them deliver it directly to me and gave it to another contractor. He installed it and nothing changed. Finally, got another authorized vendor to take a 3rd look at it and they determined it wasn't the motor but the control panel. I attempted to return this to them and get a refund. They ignored me. Thus I disputed the CC payment with my CC company and they never contested it so not only did I have to not pay for it, but then never got it back AND I can make a profit it by selling it for 1/2 price on eBay. Pretty stupid stuff overall. This company is poorly run-the owner never gets back with you and his admin assistance isn't much better. Avoid at all costs.
