  Hi Jeanette, I have used Affordable Cleaners from Hartford many times. They are really good and very reasonable, all equipment, power, pump, suction etc works out the back of his van so doesn't use your electric or water. Tel 01606 74298 www.affordablecleaners.co.uk. Def worth a go, I have them back every year or so, he charges me something like £60 for 23 ft through lounge and downstairs hallway. X
