I also saw a post today about a caterer, but I don't know his price point. Yoni Jay Siletski is a personal chef and caterer.   Christine Patorniti RD also works at the shop rite in Livingston and has a private practice. main number 973-740-2004 I don't know anything about her insurance stuff but all you need is a few consults with her. She will walk the isles of the supermarket with you as well. She is very knowledgeable. good luck ! jw
