In the field of Real Estate, especially for the New Oleh who is less street smart, there are definite dangers, whether it be from less than honest real estate agents, and/or apartment owners seeking to offload a problematic property (due to legal/structural/positional problems).
I can supply several references from home buyers and sellers who I have worked with who will attest to my honesty and professionalism. Many times I have chosen to tell clients to back away from a deal after seeing some problem that would have made the purchase a long term headache.
