  The curly hair expert I know is Michael Fenner. He works at Waterstone Salon by UT 512-373-7546. I just looked it up and they are closed today but for future reference I figured I'd give the info.

  Tati, go see JonD. 512 373 7546. Only Jon touches my hair! Jon is my HEART but years ago, he was my stylist first. He is an expert with curls, happy every time! I'm sure Cassie seconds that (Jayne, Ivy?). I know a long list of people (men and women) with curls who have had less than pleasing experiences with other stylists (myself included) who are now loyal clients of Jon's.
