Carpet installation (also looking for your favorite place to buy) 2. Linoleum installation (ditto on purchasing) 3. Painting (primarily interior, but some outside work too) 4. Lawn Care (one time thorough clean up, perhaps continuing care if we don't rent the property quickly) This stuff all needs to happen out at the Roy house, so willingness to drive a bit out of town is also a must.
