  Oh and allow me to clarify please, we represent landlords and provide property mgmt in addition to selling. If someone is seeking a rental, all listed rentals are on our website: www.IntownFocus.com. we are leasing last avail property we have in area. But may have 1-2 becoming avail. We have a waitlist for those. $900 & $1300.
