  Ron, I think they would be happy to get rid of vacant lots - I think they even have a full time marketing person on the Land Bank (Wyandotte County Side) On the missouri side, might be a little harder as Jackson county is a little hard to work with. In either case, just call them up. All they can say is no - If you go into the newsletter from a few months back, I think you will find contacts for both groups.   Helen, we have several property managers listed in the service provider section at MAREInet.com all would be excellent property managers. I think they should also be able to recommend a contractor. But remember property managers must be licensed Realtor's in MO .
