  Go to Colorado.gov. The process of setting up a LLC in co doesn't require an attorney. Just a biz name and a payment to the state.

  Anyone in the area have issues with Radon? When we bought this house several years ago we were told this area has a very low probability and I don't see vent/fans on homes. We are experiencing some real bad indoor air quality issues 4 out of 5 of us are on daily breathing treatments and our little ones have been sick for months. We put down a Vapor Barrier last year which hasn't made much of a difference and I don't know what else to do. We are looking into pulling all the HVAC duct work out, testing for Radon and Mold. Any other suggestions or recommendations for local Indoor Air Quality testing?

  I am trying to be really fair when I post comments, but I am getting a little unsettled with groomers consistently repeating that pet parents are ALL "dumb" and are not responsible with their pets. You guys made it a point to not group good and bad groomers together, so I find it really hard to believe that most of your posts keep repeating how uncaring and unconcerned pet parents are....if you are a groomer in NY, I need you to post a comment, because at least the pet parents I know here in NY, which is a decent amount, we are all caring and loving pet parents, we just didn't know that groomers' credentials were all on a voluntary basis, who knew?

  8. groomer: any person engaged in the operation of changing the physical appearance of the skin, coat, hair, or feathers of pet animals at a licensed pet animal groomer facility for compensation. 9. groomer facility: any permanent or mobile establishme nt where a person pays a fee to have his pet animal’s skin, coat, hair, or feathers cleaned, styled, or maintained or where a person pays to have his animal’s physical appearance changed. Pet animal grooming licensure conditions and exceptions. 1. Any licensed groomer may groom as an independent contractor at up to 3 PACFA-licensed grooming facilities with the same groomer license. On the application for licensure, such groomers shall identify themselves as such and shall provide a facility name and street address for each premises at which they groom pet animals. 2. Persons providing any of the following services exclusively do not require licensure with PACFA: dog and cat nail trims, pet animal oral hygiene, pet animal ear cleaning, or pet animal anal gland expression.   For child care please make sure you use somewhere that is licensed. As already mentioned you can check the qualities website. Also the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County has a referral program and also shows average child care prices. You can access that information at www.ecclc.org .
