Karla asks:
I need to bring my son to the dentist for a cleaning, he has started to show discoloration at the tops of the gum line on his two front teeth, it happened out of the blue. I think some people call this bottle rot, but when I look that up on line his looks 100% better then the photos shown and he didn't drink from a bottle very long and never had juice in a bottle. We also brush his teeth every day so I'm shocked to see this. Sometimes it actually looks green just tight up close near the gums but on the actual teeth I have tried to brush it away with electric toothbrush or scrap with my finger nail and no luck I'm scared he might have something serious. It will be his first visit and he is almost 3 years old. Can anyone make a recommendation? We do not have dental insurance so someone who is affordable but does good work. It doesn't have to be someone with lots of bells and whistles like many children's dentists offices have.I live in Mashpee. Just cheap and effective. Thanks in advance.
