  I would highly recommend you setting up an appt. With these companies and ask to walk some of their homes. Ask about reputation, warranties, ect. This is a large investment and you really need to make sure your home will last many, many years. Never go with the cheapest price, you know the saying "you get what you pay for." Bryan Lendry has built hundreds of homes and has great customer relations and service. He has built many subdivisions such as Amelia Park. Give him a call I guarantee you will be impressed.
