  GMS Dental http://www.gmsdent.com/ 1445 North Loop W #1000, Houston, TX 77008 (713) 861-3231 They are very busy and you have to book routine checkups well in advance, but they are kind and thorough. Not sure how quickly someone could get in if they need something done right away, but I was able to get a follow up appt. for a filling and chip repair within 3 weeks of my initial visit (and that probably would've been sooner, except for my 12-day vacation in between).
