  Body in Mind Nutrition. Debra is great. She's in Ardmore even. Seriously awesome lady. I sought out nutritional help with specific concerns and she came back with specific answers that had nothing to do with the food pyramid or other repeated BS you can read online. She actually LISTENED to what I needed and gave me feedback that was helpful.
