  Our house is falling apart bit by bit. Plumber coming tomorrow to fix toilet and replace garbage disposal. The door frame around the front door is rotting and needs replacing. Storm door is in the trash and we need a new one. I want to replace the water heater before it breaks and this is just the stuff that's falling apart. Not to mention the stuff that needs done, deck power washed, carpets cleaned (replaced would be better), etc., etc., etc. owning a home stinks sometimes!
