I lucked out and found an amazing photographer (back home) when I was getting married who was just starting out, so her prices were very reasonable.   Take a look at [Jacquelyn Phillips Photography](http://yourazphotog.com). She is not cheap per se, but just about everyone who makes her their photographer says she is a great value and makes the experience a lot of fun.
