  Flying into San Jose Airport and needing a rental car. Have had so many bad experiences of taking hours (2-3) to get our car even know we pre-booked (Hertz). Price was outrageous from the additional cost of insurance that they tried to get out of us. I have never seen so many people in one place so mad. Everyone was upset due to price increase! Please give us a suggestion which is the best company to deal with at the airport. We are not looking for the cheep deal. We want a fair deal with no drama when we get there. Family of six traveling in September.

  Stay off the Disney grounds, lots of options, then use carrental8.com for a car... Have used them a number of times and they are great! Call them though and tell them you need an in terminal car pickup as you have a child... They are very accommodating!
