  Betsy W. wrote: They are completely unreliable and don't finish their work. The work they do is marginal at best. We asked them to stain trim and stair treads to match the floor and they used poly with no stain so they aren't even close. On top of that we were told it was a two day job, however it lasted for 3 weeks before they just stopped without completing it. They were paid for most of the job part of the way through. Now they haven't completed the job and won't return phone calls. Do not use this floor service.
