  First of all thank you to Pamela for the recommendation. Don't want to make things complicated but hopefully this will help. The only way we could provide transfers for 15 people is by providing 2 stretched limousines, we are fully licensed as private hire vehicles via our local council therefore the UK Legal maximum for vehicles licensed this way is 8. There are a handful of limousines capable of legally carrying more than 8 however they need to have a COIFed vehicle and licensed by VOSA these vehicles are typically hummers, excursions party busses etc. each vehicle will have its maximum some are 10, 12,13,14,16 etc The following companies are recommended by us and are known to have coifed vehicles. Style Limousines, Big slo limo company, First Choice Limousine, Limos North West. Hope that helps
