  SHBG will definitively be impacted, but if you are feeling fine otherwise i wouldn’t worry about it. If you are overly concerned you can always order bloodwork yourself via privatemdlabs.com and get blood drawn at one of their partners (although labcorp is probably a bit overwhelmed at the moment)

  I know that these two websites have blood tests that you don't have to have a script for and are relatively inexpensive. You may be able to do a little of your own research for treatment after that.You just get the form from them and take it to Lab Corp. www.lef.org and www.privatemdlabs.com

( needs 6 digest force with every meal) Since taking him off gluten and dairy, his acne on his face and back have reduced, but are still present. He has sleep issues but the amount of mag . ( so his calf skin fold reading is high) I have him using mag, doing a glutamine loading protocol and putting him on Probiotic and an additional enzyme. He's getting stronger, but isn't gaining much lean mass or losing bodyfat. BF% is 20% (Cortisol, Hamstring, calf, and Quad are high), He clearly has inflammation. When he isn't on the HCL or enzymes he has no appetite, and gets diarrhea. So there's clearly some sort of GI issue and why we've added more easily digestible proteins into the diet. The athlete's parents have a limited budget, so am planning on doing the MRT test. Does anyone recommend any additional tests? Would it be worth it do an environmental pollutant profile? Any feedback would be great.

  20 g fish oil per day divided into three doses will help him be more anabolic, lose body fat, and modulate insulin (improve acne). Put him on a 14-day bootcamp of meat and veggies only. Agree with Dustin on the zinc. If his zinc is low it could affect his appetite. Do a zinc tally on him to see where he is at. Get his vitamin d and RBC magnesium checked through privatemdlabs.com. it will only cost $120 for both. Getting his magnesium to 6.8 will make him way more sensitive to insulin. Vitamin d to 100 will really drop his inflammation and help with acne.
