  Hey, looking for some advice from anyone who has stayed at a lake resort in Minnesota. Our family is working on a weekend stay to celebrate my parents anniversary this summer. I have been to Chase on the Lake in Walker which we are learning toward but would love to hear of any other recommendations in the area of Walker/Brainard/Bemedji/Detroit Lakes MN areas? Looking for activities for all ages...bike trails, hiking/walking trails, swimming, shopping, paddle boarding. Thanks and would appreciate any input!!!

  If you have golfers, Craguns Resort is fun!! Lots of water activities for the kiddies, too. Also craft things for kids.... Blue Fin Bay, north of Duluth is wonderful - mountains, Lake Superior, Golf, hiking, and really beautiful cabins w/ fireplaces! Check out Bluefinbay.com
