Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I was born and raised in Santa Barbara County, I always knew I wanted to own my own business. Never imagined life would lead down this path. With the support of my older brother and my family I found the motivation to strive for bigger and better goals.
Describe a typical work day for you?
A day as an Exterminator consist of removing and exterminating stubborn pests from client's homes. Making sure we leave clients satisfied at the end of each service.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
I can proudly say I come from a very motivated and inspiring family. I've managed to get where I am today with there support, that has fueled my desire to succeed.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We take customer service very serious, allowing our clients to voice out their concerns. Making sure we inform our clients of the service.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Working as an exterminator has put me in many situations that I never imagined. Best thing I've heard was a client letting me know that they've had many pest control company's come and go. Yet Aj's Pest Control has been the only one whose got the job done.
