  Megan T. wrote: Hadrian came recommended, so we booked our dog Luna for a two-night stay while we got married. We included treats, blankets etc - none of her home comforts were used that the staff agreed to give her. We also asked if Luna could come to our wedding for photos and were told there might be a small mileage charge, but it wasn't mentioned in the invoice, we assumed because it was only a 4 minute drive (Vallum Farm Marquee and Tipi) there was no charge. When we picked Luna up, we were disgusted to be told that there was an additional £80 charge for an "out of hours fee" that we weren't informed about and again was not included on the invoice. We tried to discuss it with the owner, Joan, but she was rude and refused to talk and threatened to involve the police when we came in to ask politely for a refund. We have evidence that the additional fee wasn't communicated to us. Additionally, the person who recommended the kennels had their own booking cancelled due to our situation, even though they had nothing to do with it, they are now thankful for this due to the poor service we received. We strongly advise avoiding these kennels. If you love your dog and don’t want to scammed out of paying more money than what was agreed, I would recommend avoiding Hadrian Pet Hotel.

  Hadrian pet hotel 100% recommend them! Amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else! They come and collect your dog too and drop back off if you need it. They even send you photos of how they are getting on etc and keep in touch!
