My wife took the car in and I picked it up. All in all, we both had a pleasant experience. The guy who deals with the customers is a young guy by the name of Nir. He was really nice and helpful. We felt we got trustworthy service of our car. It's now been a week since we picked up the car and everything is working perfectly. We'll definitely be taking the car back there the next time around.
