  Bright Baby Massage in Ayr is good for after your free sessions with the health visitor. Simone who runs Bright Baby also does a mum & baby yoga class but you'll need to wait until after your 6 week check-up. I'll try to add you to the Ayr/Prestwick Netmums Facebook page as it's a great place for this kind of info and also chat/advice when you need it. Give Grace a wee cuddle from me & Louisa. xx

  I know Simone who does Bright Baby Massage. She's lovely and she also does mum and baby yoga now. Also would really recommend the bf group in Ayr. All really lovely. I went with both mine and volunteered there too. I hope Grace and you are both well. Can't wait to see her. X
