  Yeah.. sounds like Adam is right on... but the idea is to look and study and ask questions. then look and study and ask more questions. You see we are a versatile bunch here and most of us have our own ideas about the best way to go... and that does not mean anyone is wrong just another way to go... and one thing that I never preach is your own domain name for your site... I vote for real estate related names for the domain. You see its ok to have a domain name like tomchambers.com for name recognition.. but what I am looking for is all those folks who don't know my name and they sure as hell won't search for tomchambers.. but they will search for pecosrealestate.com and google will give some small additional credit for the domain name matching the search... but I guarantee you that some one searching for real estate will not get an ounce of google juice for tomchambers... now of course if they are searching for tomchambers then I get juice... but most 99.9% of world does not know my name and will not search for it... actually they do search for my name when looking for the sports star that has my name... I told him he could use it...
