  We used Enchanted Bridal, just north of Indianola (515.961.6557). A woman named Candy owns it and runs it out of her home. Not Des Moines, but it's actually VERY nice and she is super helpful. I think once we ordered a certain number of tuxes we got one free.

  David's bridal people are RUDE unless you have an appointment, and then they suck up. It's disgusting, I would never buy anything there again. Not sure about their tux rental, but I've had a few experiences there that have totally soured me on the place. Agree with Bri about enchanted bridal. Plus it's a small business, so I liked that too
