  Need some help please. We have been without heat for a week now. We just bought this house about 6 months ago. We bought a warranty to go with it. Well the Warranty people are no help and can't get anyone to come out to look at our hvac. They have now put the responsibility on me to get someone out here to find out why it won't work.
