  Debbie Gandel Tow I've found that landscaper is a all encompassing term. It can mean anything from grass mower to paver installer to leaf picker upper. I'm in the process of searching for a garden designer, I've contacted Sun Nurseries & Backyard Bounty. I also was recommend the Honeybee Group LLC and this site Association of Professional Landscape Designers' web site http://www.apld.com/
