  Check out bwalk.com and kelsongroup.com. Kijiji is a good resource, however you have to be careful to only deal with reputable agencies. Make sure you are not dealing with the average joe. Get a website address, see how many properties they have and how long they have been in business. I know for a fact boardwalk is reputable. I have a number of friends who rent from them.
