  Family cook normally has 'brown chickens' good hybrids at point of lay. Sometimes they have year old chickens that have been free range and are only a couple of pounds. Good chickens to start with as any free range will suffer from fox predation!

  Ours is made by Forsham www.forshamcottagearks.com We did look at some at SCATS Billingshurst and also where we get our laying birds and feed from at www.familycooksfarm.co.uk in Crawley Down. X
