  There's a lot of natural lovers in here but a lot who take artificial vitamins. Why do you do that? Do you think they are OK to take? Do you take a specific one or just a cheapo one from the supermarket? Genuinely curious none judgemental question ✌️I'm breastfeeding my 18 month old and she has q well balanced healthy diet I didn't see the need to supplement. But do you think j should? Also my diet isn't that great- do I have to take the vitamins specifically for breastfeeders or can I take bog standard ones?

  Could anyone suggest a good thyroid expert, please? Our 25 year old daughter has never had great health from around the age of 3 and the only thing that has shown up is that, sometimes, she has very raised TSH levels (currently 100 instead of the recommended UK safe range of 0.5 - 5!) Her doctor has prescribed synthetic thyroxin which she's reluctant to take, but she has a toddler, a nursing baby and her husband is away for weeks for his job, so I feel she really needs some good advice from someone who specialises in this field.
