  http://www.hageconcrete.com/ HAGE concrete may not be much more expensive than asphalt, and HAGE guarantees their work for life. So if there was a need for repairs, it would be on their dime. They did the foundation of our porch and also our front sidewalk in 2005 (4131 2 nd Ave S). I'm sure they could give you a list of many references in our neighborhood. I wish the city would hire them to do public sidewalks. They'd never had to redo them again.
