  Jim Comrie was our inspector, he was great. Spent about 2.5 hours with me on the details of the house (mostly to Sarah's chagrin!). He is an ex-engineer, so of course his report was about 40 pages long and very thorough (the kind of thing I like to read for fun). His number is 616-791-1788.
