  I am in need of a licensed land surveyor who can give me an elevation certificate for my house. I am paying an arm and leg for flood insurance and my property falls within the flood zone, but my house does not. I have a letter from the county executive and the Dept. of Public Works, but that is not enough. Any recommendations?
