  Does the van have a hitch on it? The hitch-less racks are hard on the paint. If you go with a rack that doesn't go into a hitch just make sure the rear door is very clean. The dirt acts as an abrasive and scuffs the paint. As for recommendations I would call bay area cycle or another bike shop for recommendations. (713) 472-6651 <-- bay area. Good luck!!
