Lactobacillus strains Hello, I am looking for ways to get these 3 strains into my gut. For me it's a bit more challenging as I can't just simply eat fermented foods because of other relying conditions. I need to increase my Gaba production because of impairment. My doctor wants to put me on medications but that is a last resort and they are not helpful in alternative treatments.
Lactobacillus brevis
Lactobacillus buchneri
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.
I tried looking for these in a flora supplement but I was only able to come across L. brevis and not the other 2. What options do I have to get this into my diet? Pills is my prefered option and if anyone has a link on where I can purchase. Can I isolate them in other ways of making it myself? Can I buy the 3 strains directly from a medical testing lab?
Thank you,

In my family we use one recommended by a holistic health coach I used to see. It's only available online. www.customprobiotics.com. My husband uses the CP-1 formula and my son and I share the 11-strain powder. The powder seems expensive at first glance but we both use it daily and lasts almost a year. It comes with an adult measuring scoop and a child measuring scoop.

Hi, Can anyone recommend a good probiotic without any of the strep strains? My son has that bad strain in his gut and I want to start him on something different. Thanks
