  Mitchell K. wrote: I saw Panther at Ace Hardware and thought it would be reliable. I had an estimate done for a window install and then a follow up with their window installer. I had signed a contract and given a check for the work in good faith. Days went by and I had to track them down. When I finally got the receptionist she said they are refusing to do the work because their estimate was wrong and I could read the fine print on the contract. This is not how you run a business.
