  If you want to support a real mom & pop (pop runs it full time), check out Coin Guy and more on Mariner just north of SHD on the same side as Burger King. Nathan does all the in house jewelry repair, design and actual making of rings, etc... I'm positive he can size it for you, possibly while you wait or run to do another errand and then pick up same day.
