Antique looking stationary Hello,
I happen to find antique stationary aesthetically appealing to my tastes and was wondering if any of you had recommendations on antique looking stationary items and where to buy them. I have a few quill pens but I am looking to invest in one of a higher quality.

I had found items on ebth.com. Your mileage may vary.
Any recommendations for an auctioneer for estate sales would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much in advance for your help, recommendations and feedback!

ISO an antique dealer to sell my furniture, Lenox figurines, fine china tea sets, Waterford, collectible Barbie Dolls, and more... Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Please help me find someone who can list items for me on ebay. I'm an old person who has downsized to a small apartment and desperately need the money. Items are too valuable for a consignment shop. For example: Dali and Rothe artwork and tapestry. Ostrich briefcase. Judith Lieber purses. Escada clothes. Fur coat (was 19,900 dollars). EBay is the place option for me. Please let me know if you know of anyone who can help me.
I have a coworker who is in need of a reputable and trustworthy art dealer and antique dealer. She has both artwork and antiques she would like to sell or possibly sell on consignment. The artwork would need to be appraised as well. Does anyone have someone that they would recommend?
Thank You
Any recommendations for antique appraisers, or estate sale experts? Hey everyone!
My mother recently passed, and I have inherited 4 generations of antiques and furniture. Can anyone recommend or reefer me to any trusted local antique appraisers? I am planning on having an estate sale in the next few months, but would like to have an idea of what I have beforehand.
So if anyone could recommend an antique appraiser, estate sale agencies, or just any tips in general; I would seriously appreciate it.
Thanks so much everyone!
Context: Im 26 living in the Wauwatosa Village.
Hi neighbors! I'm in search of a pretty unique dresser! Hoping someone here might have one they'd like to part with or know of some place I could get one! Here's some pictures of the style I'm going for!

Hi! I am new to the area. Does anyone know of a good place to purchase a used (but in good condition) washer and dryer? Looking for a stackable one. Thank you!
Melissa L. replied:
Check Everything But The House ( ebth.com ). Look at the Nashville auctions. Not sure if it was one that closed in the last day or so but I know one of them had a Samsung washer and dryer.
[For Hire] Personal Property Appraiser looking to get a start in Estate Sale , Auctions, or similar fields. I just completed courses at a Personal Property Appraisal trade school and have passed my USPAP certification test and I'm looking to find a job! I'm a 24 years old male. I've only had one job in my life and that was in my teens. When I was 20 I invested in dealer spaces at antique stores and so my main source of income was through selling antiques and vintage collectibles. The past couple of years have been rough on the market and has forced me to seek out a stable job. If anyone can help me get a start somewhere please let me know : )

Check eBay, I buy a lot of old dolls and restore them. I have seen several Madam Alexander dolls. Another good place is Ebth.com, this is an online estate sale site. Happy hunting🙂
Does anyone know someone that sells stuff online for people?
Have a ton of stuff that has to go ASAP - looking to pay 20% commission just so I don't have to deal with this stuff piling up.
It's lots of antiques and kids stuff.
Do any of you Reading Locals know of anyone in the Cinti area who will buy estate items? Need to find someone to buy everything in my mother-in-Laws home before it closes on July 29. Not having much luck w/ auctioneers.
I love to shop at discounted stores. Can anyone recommend any within a 50 mile radius of Florence? I know about Galleria and Gap Outlet. Thanks for any suggestions.
Sally M. replied:
Check out EBTH.com - online auction. If you bid and win something from another area you can have it shipped for a fee. I prefer to stick with Cincinnati area. Warning - it's addictive.
Estate to clean out - anyone know anyone that will come take it all ? Clothing and personal effects have been sorted and removed? Some Collectibles and antiques

Check out Everything But The House www.ebth.com It is an online auction site where you can bid. It is typically people who are selling them homes and downsizing or families who have lost a loved one and getting rid of their stuff. They often have washers and dryers.
Can you recommend a good second hand store for furniture? Is there a particular Goodwill store or a consignment store you like for furniture???
I am looking for some "new to me" kitchen/dining chairs and have been disappointed by what's available in the stores (I want solid wood). I am a major discount store shopper so painting some chairs from Goodwill would be "right up my alley".
Beth C. replied:
Try ebth.com (estate sales), its hit or miss with Goodwill or Salvation Army.
Hey everyone...have moved Mom and Dad into Evergreen Retirement Community and we are in the process of trying to get the house cleaned out and sold. We are thinking about having someone come in and do the sale and clean up to get the house ready to sell. Does anybody out there know of a good person that could coordinate a turn-key sale and clean up? I'm in Tennessee and really lost as to who to call. Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's a BIG JOB! Mom never threw away anything! UGH!!!
