  I was a huge skeptic, but could not get relief from my back pain and migraines. I'd tried pills, massage, stretching, all of it. A friend of mine does acupuncture, she's talented, she isn't a hippy, she explained to me how it works medically without using the term 'life force.' I highly recommend her.
