  Had a terrible plumbing problem, called 4 other companies and no one could get here the same day. Found BP plumbing online, gave them a call and they were here 45 mins later! I called at dinnertime, two days before thanksgiving, as they were headed home. When they arrived they were very nice and described the problem and fixed it within the hour! They not only did great work on an emergency basis, but they were super affordable! Hundreds less than it would have been with a big name company. I reccomend them to everyone in need of a plumber!

  Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced independent HVAC person for furnace cleaning? Multifamily home with two furnaces in Webster. Need done before the sale closing which is early next week. Have had two different people from craigslist who were no call no shows after setting up day and time for appointment. A third guy recommend by a friend can't do it in the time frame we need..
