  Jan, I have a terrific guy who is right near the Mormon Temple in West Los Angeles. His name is Sean Hampton at ADI Rehab. http://www.adirehab.com/ He is "out of network" so check that, but it was still not much money via the Guild health plan. And he saved my back.
