  http://www.upper-cervical.com/ Check the list for one in your area. I think there are less than 500 in the US. I've know several that have gotten relief from them.

  I would go to an upper cervical chiropractor to start with to see what they can do for you. They are very specialized. and just treat the top two important vertibrae, but that affects everything in your back. I would not go to a regular chiropractor. They may say they can "cure" scoliosis, but if they don't know what they are doing, they could cause you more damage. Just be very careful.
