  We love http://www.plousadlerdentistry.com/ We take Ally to Dr. Strange (a pediatric dentist) near Lutheran hospital, but I have friends who take their kids to Dr. Plous and Adler even though they aren't specifically a pediatric dentistry. I love Dr. Vincent at Costco eye department in Arvada.
