  Samantha D. wrote: Jen did a wonderful job with my dog but is not dependable. 4 different times we had an appointment set and she did not show nor did she call to cancel the appointment. After many tries to get in contact with her she said she had another appointment. Just be careful because you too could be sitting there waiting on her arrival which never comes
