  Half Price Dental Clinic 1176 S 1480 W. Orem by Geneva Rd and the UVU exit. 801.426.8234 or 801.426.0774. They dont have a pmnt plan but they have a credit card you can apply for. If you find someone that will let you make pmnts, let me know. I have a crown and 2 cavities to still fill. I got a molar filled that was 3 surface cavity and cost me $120 today.
