Does anyone know of a direct selling company that sells Juice Cleanses? I have some weight I need to lose and want to start with a juice cleanse

Not sure about companies but have you tried Jason Vale - http://www.juicemaster.com/ - I lost 5 lbs in a week through juicing - fave juice = parsnip and pear!
Nutrition advice. Need to buy some protein shake. In the past I have been using Phd Diet Whey. Want something that gives me a quick fix after workouts to stop me binging. Any suggestions. Hopefully somewhere I can buy from retail. Jazak Allah. (Ps, don't recommend paratha and daal. It doesn't work)

For a complete re-education on nutrition my top recommendation is the world of raw juicing. Best protein supplement - pure organic hemp along with the best superfoods on the planet, spirulina and wheatgrass. All available in powder form and easily added to fruit/veg juices or for a quick solution pure coconut water. All the other stuff doesn't even come close and the nutritional benefits are unparalleled. Best bit, it's all natural. Take a look at www.juicemaster.com or Jason Vale 'Juice Master'. A whole new world awaits and you'll never look back. Have converted pretty much everyone I know so lots of testimonials if you need them including my 4 year old who's been on then since weaning! Happy juicing!
Hi good and positive people :) since I'm moving out from my parents house, I am planning to buy a juicer/food processor/blender for myself. any recommendations? your opinion will be highly appreciated, thank you...

Juicing is a whole other process and output than blending. And juicing leaves 2 useable items: juice and pulp for multiple purposes. I also use the pulp like Lianne Dennis did in her organic chocolate and juiced pulp recipe she posted in here last week. NOTE: the idea is to reduce the heat while juicing and to apply the highest amount of pressure, not speed, to the product to break cell walls and get the juice fully extracted. Heat oxidises the nutrients and enzymes which impacts the amount of nutrition you receive. Less speed + heat = better for you. #1 If you want the "best" then you'll spend the extra money and get a Twin Gear (Triturating) type. Like the name implies it has two slow turning interlocking gears that get every last drop of juice, leaves very dry pulp, and produces no heat. #2 The next best is the masticating juicer where it only has one slow-moving gear. But like above, it squeezes out a vast quantity of juice and is slow moving so low heat. #3 The most commonly used is the centrifugal juicers, those Breville types you see on tv. These are faster (and usually cheaper) and thats probably why people like it. However, as stated above, with speed comes heat and a loss of enzymes and nutrients. I'd say if you are serious then start your research here: 1. https://www.juicemaster.com 2. http://www.rebootwithjoe.com Joe also has a great movie on Netflix called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. If anyone worries about cleaning for the extra 2 minutes it takes then theyre not serious about juicing. From cleaning the fruits/veg to cleaning the juicer right after its a health practice, a life-style, not life-speed. Bon apetit!

Juicing is a great way to get nutrients into the body. Many a time with diseases it is the absorption of food that is the problem. www.juicemaster.com has heaps of recipes online and recommends lots of green veggies, blended with avocado so not just fruit juices.
Hey doctor friends... Any of you know a good dermatologist? Need to get some good advice about my psoriasis. Let me know. Cheers Al

Here you go Alex. www.juicemaster.com Jason is a client of mine, we do a lot of marketing stuff for him. If you're interested, I've got a couple of his DVDs you can have. You'll need to get yourself a juicer though!
