  Not *quite* what you ask but deserves a mention - Bem Brasil (there's 2 in town I think) is fantastic. Pay per head, roughly £25, and waiters will regularly come to your table with a whole array of meats (about 15 different types if I remember, from steak to chicken via sausages and crab) and carve on to your plate whatever you select.
