  I make appointments but I think they take walk ins. (409) 554-8948. Give them a call. Discounted specials this month Mon-Thurs. Each day something different. Today is $15 all over color and $1 per highlights.

  They don't barter but are inexpensive. I've been going to Vista Salon in Bmt. It's the Vista college beauty school. They run specials all the time but regular haircuts are $8 I believe. I went and got my haircut, colored, highlighted and pedicure and total it cost me $38 for all! www.vistasalons.com
